Construction Instructions
The surface of the substrate should be solid, flat, dry, and clean, free from grease, wax, concrete curing agents, release agents, and other loose materials.
Construction process: First, pour water into the container, then add the powder, and use a mixer to stir thoroughly until it is a paste without powder particles or sediment. If the paste is stirred again after standing for ten minutes, it can increase strength. Use a trowel tool for application, and wait about 8 hours after the first layer is completed before proceeding with the second layer.
1. Use a special spray gun to spray into the desired shape, then use a roller to flatten it.
2. Use a special textured roller to roll into the desired shape. Usage: about 2 kilograms per square meter, depending on the flatness of the base surface.
Precautions
Before construction, the verticality and flatness of the substrate should be determined. Do not mix water with already set paste. This product is suitable for construction in an environment of (5~40)℃.
The mixed putty should be used within 2 hours in summer and within 4 hours in winter. It is advisable to sand within one to two days.
