Introduction
Product Composition
This paint is a two-component anti-corrosion coating composed of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, glass flakes, pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, etc. as one component, and amine substances as the curing agent as the second component.
Product Characteristics
The paint film is hard, wear-resistant, has good adhesion to the substrate, excellent water resistance and rust prevention performance, and can provide long-lasting protection in marine atmospheric areas and other harsh environments.
Scope of Application
Suitable for anti-corrosion protection of steel structures such as underground pipelines, dock steel columns, inner walls of containers, steel supports in mines, inner walls of gas holders, buried parts, and underwater projects.

Coating Matching
Pre-coating matching paint: can be directly applied to steel plates with rust removal quality reaching Sa2.5 level, and can also be matched with inorganic zinc-rich primer, epoxy zinc-rich workshop primer, etc. Surface treatment: The steel surface should be shot blasted or sandblasted to Sa2.5 level or manually derusted to St3 level. If a workshop primer is applied, a second rust removal to St3 level is required.
