Introduction
Product Composition
Composed of epoxy resin, mica iron oxide, anti-rust pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, etc. as component one, and polyamide curing agent as component two, forming a two-component epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint.
Product Characteristics
1. It has good mechanical properties, is wear-resistant and impact-resistant. It has good adhesion and sealing performance on sandblasted steel structures, zinc-rich primers, zinc layers on steel, and properly treated galvanized steel.
2. It has excellent moisture barrier function, is water-resistant, alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and solvent-resistant. It has good corrosion resistance.
Scope of Application
Used as an intermediate layer for anti-corrosion of steel structures in severely corrosive environments; can be used as a primer for galvanized steel plates and light metal sheets in moderately corrosive environments.

Coating System
Applicable substrates: bare steel, aluminum, galvanized materials.
Previous coating layers: epoxy zinc-rich primer, inorganic zinc-rich primer, epoxy zinc phosphate primer, etc.
Subsequent coating layers: epoxy topcoat, acrylic polyurethane magnetic paint, polyurethane magnetic paint, etc.
Surface Treatment
The surface of the primer should be clean and dry, free from contamination. Pay attention to the coating interval with the primer during construction. Refer to "Surface Treatment Before Coating".
