Construction process.

1, waterproof treatment: the ground floor needs e good waterproof treatment.

2, plain ground treatment: according to the condition of the plain ground to do grinding, repair, dust removal.

3、Newly completed cement floor needs to be constructed after a certain period of maintenance (generally about 3 weeks in summer and 6 weeks in winter), the ground must be hard, smooth and free of oil stains, the ground water content <6%, strength >24, flatness ≤2mm/M, PH<8;.

4, epoxy sealing primer: according to the ground conditions using penetration and adhesion of strong epoxy sealing primer roller coating - or two, to enhance the surface adhesion.

5, epoxy mortar in the coating: according to the correct proportion of paint and curing agent mix, according to the ground conditions and coating requirements to add an appropriate amount of quartz sand, mix thoroughly, pour on the base coated with closed bottom, directly with a gray knife scraping or trowel scraping; operation should be uniform, the joints should be uniform and natural.

6, epoxy self-leveling in the coating: in accordance with the correct proportion of paint and curing agent mix, directly with a gray knife scraping several channels, the requirements to achieve a smooth and hollow, no batch of knife prints and abrasive prints shall prevail;; 7, epoxy topcoat: in accordance with the correct proportion of paint and curing agent mix, directly with a gray knife scraping several channels.

7, epoxy top coat: solvent-based epoxy floor paint roller coating two, after the completion of the overall ground bright and clean, uniform color, no drums.

8、Construction completed: 24 hours before people, 72 hours after the pressure, 7 days after full curing before use (to 25C shall prevail, low-temperature opening time needs to be extended moderately)

Construction conditions: 10C ~ 40C is recommended, in order to avoid condensation of water vapor, the construction substrate is required to be dry and clean, the relative humidity of the air < 80%.
