Introduction
Thickness: 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm
Floor characteristics: tough paint film, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, excellent mechanical properties, good adhesion, and outstanding weather resistance.
Applicable scope: used for outdoor various sports fields and elastic floors as weather-resistant floor paint.
Construction process:
1. Waterproof treatment: The ground floor must have been treated for waterproofing;
2. Base treatment: Perform grinding, repair, and dust removal according to the condition of the base;
3. Newly completed cement floors need to undergo a certain curing period before construction (generally about 3 weeks in summer, about 6 weeks in winter). The ground must be hard, flat, free of oil stains, with a moisture content <6%, strength >24, flatness ≤2mm/M, PH<8.
4. Epoxy sealing primer: Use a highly permeable and adhesive epoxy sealing primer according to the ground condition, applying one or two coats to enhance surface adhesion;
5. Epoxy mortar intermediate coat: Mix the paint and hardener in the correct ratio, add an appropriate amount of quartz sand according to the ground condition and coating requirements, stir thoroughly, pour onto the base coated with sealing primer, and directly scrape or trowel with a trowel; operations should be uniform, and seams should be even and natural.
6. Epoxy self-leveling intermediate coat: Mix the paint and hardener in the correct ratio, then directly scrape several coats with a trowel, requiring a flat surface without voids, trowel marks, or sand grinding marks.
7. Various colors of acrylic polyurethane floor paint: Apply two coats of acrylic polyurethane floor paint; if thinning is needed, use acrylic polyurethane thinner. After completion, the entire floor should be bright and clean, with uniform color and no hollow spots.
8. Completion of construction: Can be walked on after 24 hours, can be re-pressed after 72 hours, and can be used after 7 days of complete curing (based on 25°C, low-temperature open time needs to be appropriately extended).
Construction parameters:
The ratio of epoxy sealing primer: main paint: hardener = 2:1 (weight ratio) Reference dosage 0.2kg/m2 (two coats)
The ratio of epoxy mortar intermediate coat: main paint: hardener = 5:1 (weight ratio) Reference dosage depends on the thickness of the paint film, and an appropriate amount of sand can be added according to the ground condition.
The ratio of epoxy self-leveling intermediate coat: main paint: hardener = 5:1 (weight ratio) Reference dosage depends on the thickness of the paint film.
The ratio of acrylic polyurethane floor paint: main paint: hardener = 3:1 (weight ratio) Reference dosage 0.2~0.3kg/㎡ (two coats)
Construction conditions: It is recommended to use above 0°C to avoid condensation of water vapor, requiring the construction base to be dry and clean, with relative humidity <80%. During construction and drying in narrow spaces, good ventilation should be maintained.
