Detailed Construction Process
Textured liquid marble paint: Clean the substrate of residual mortar and other debris, repair severe uneven areas - apply leveling putty once - apply flexible crack-resistant putty once - professional sanding to ensure a smooth surface → roll on alkali-resistant sealing primer (oil) once - → set up dividing lines with masking tape -> spray elastic textured intermediate coat - + spray liquid marble paint 1-2 times - remove masking tape + apply tape, outline, remove tape, spray high weather-resistant topcoat for acceptance. Smooth liquid marble paint: Clean the substrate of residual mortar and other debris - repair severe uneven areas - apply leveling putty once - apply flexible crack-resistant putty once - professional sanding to ensure a smooth surface → roll on alkali-resistant sealing primer (oil) once - → brush elastic intermediate coat twice - → set up dividing lines with masking tape - → spray liquid marble paint (colored point paint) 1-2 times - remove masking tape > apply tape, outline, remove tape, spray high weather-resistant topcoat for acceptance. Note: If polymer crack-resistant mortar and composite acid-base resistant mesh are added to the substrate surface, the construction effect will be better.
