Product Description
This product is suitable for concrete, cement mortar, paper pulp ash, gypsum board and other substrates, mainly used for leveling the base layer of exterior wall coatings. If allowed by the engineering design, one-time coating treatment can be performed.
Product Features
Strong adhesion. Non-toxic and non-flammable.
Resistant to weak acids, alkalis, and oil agents after drying, with excellent resistance to dissolution.
No need to wet the brick wall during construction, which can significantly improve work efficiency and is convenient and quick.
Material-saving, can reduce construction waste and wall weight compared to traditional cement mortar.
Has good impermeability and aging resistance.
Technical Parameters
Adjustment time: (20~25) minutes. Resting time: (5~15) minutes. Initial drying time: (20℃) 2 hours.
Drying time: 24 hours (depending on climate). Water resistance: excellent.
Shear strength: 1.38Mpa (after 7 days), 1.7Mpa (after 14 days).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, unopened products can be kept for 6 months. Packaging: 25kg/bag.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: The substrate surface should be solid, flat, dry, and clean, free of grease, wax, concrete curing agents, release agents, and other loose materials.
Construction process: First pour water into the container, then add the powder, and then use a mixer to stir evenly until there are no powder particles or sediment, forming a paste. If the paste is stirred again after sitting for ten minutes, it can increase strength. Use a trowel for application, and the second layer can be applied about 8 hours after the first layer is completed.
Usage: Approximately (1.5~2) kg/㎡, depending on the flatness of the base.
Precautions
Before construction, the verticality and flatness of the substrate should be determined.
Do not mix already dried paste with water and use it again.
This product is suitable for construction in an environment of (5~35)℃.
The mixed putty should be used within 2 hours in summer and within 4 hours in winter.
It is advisable to sand within one to two days.
