Introduction
Product Description
The topcoat is made from imported organic silicon emulsion, used for surface treatment after the application of interior and exterior wall latex paint and real stone paint. The coating treated with the topcoat has characteristics such as waterproof, pollution-resistant, and mildew-resistant. Additionally, the coating has good aging resistance, strong decorative properties, and a smooth, flat film, making it an excellent wall treatment material. It is suitable for surface coating of various water-based coatings.
Product Features
The paint film has bright gloss, is durable, and maintains its freshness.
It has good weather resistance, enhancing the color retention of the coating.
It does not discolor or yellow, improving pollution resistance.
Physical Parameters
Drying time: ≤2 hours (23±2)℃
Recoat time: ≥4 hours (23±2)℃, not exceeding 7 days. Theoretical coverage rate: 5m/kg (two coats).
Packaging: 20kg/barrel (subject to actual packaging).
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place without frost (5~35)℃, with a valid storage period of one year.
Construction Instructions
Surface Treatment: Before applying the coating, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, firm, and free of dust.
For newly constructed walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, scrape off the original paint film with a scraper and fill and smooth it out. Use appropriate methods as needed.
Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10.
Construction Method: Rolling and spraying.
Mixing and Dilution: This product should not be diluted with water in principle. If the construction environment temperature is too high, a small amount of water may be added for dilution, not exceeding 5%. After dilution, stir thoroughly again.
Construction Conditions: Construction temperature above 5℃; maximum relative humidity of air 85%. Recoat interval: no less than 2 hours (23℃).
Tool Cleaning: Clean all tools with water immediately after painting.
Health and Safety
Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated, and all health and safety regulations must be followed.
Note: The above information and data are based on laboratory and practical experience, and may vary due to factors such as construction processes, testing methods, and coating improvements.
