Introduction
Mainly used for the intermediate coating of colorful paints.
Product Overview
This product is based on a surface cross-linked elastic acrylic copolymer emulsion developed from special functional monomers. It is refined using high-quality pigments, fillers, and additives. This achieves a multifunctional single-component elastic coating that integrates high elasticity, waterproofing, pollution resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and high durability. It is widely applicable for decorating cement wall surfaces of various buildings made from cement, concrete, bricks, and other construction materials.
Product Characteristics
1. Excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, strong scrub resistance, and strong adhesion.
2. Excellent coating water resistance and breathability, good crack resistance.
3. Excellent coating weather resistance.
4. Can automatically cover existing cracks on the wall surface and fine cracks that may develop.
Physical Parameters
Solid content: ≥50%.
Density: (1.35~1.40) g/ml (light color) Color: Refer to the Degali color card.
Drying time: ≤2 hours (23+2)℃ Recoating time: ≥2 hours (23+2)℃ Theoretical coverage rate: 5㎡/kg (two coats).
Packaging: 20kg/barrel (subject to actual packaging).
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place without frost (5~35)℃, with a shelf life of one year.
Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm.
For new walls, remove surface dust, grease, and loose mortar, and repair any gaps in a timely manner.
For repainting walls, use a scraper to remove the original paint film and fill and smooth it out. Use appropriate methods as needed. Ensure that the moisture content of the pre-coated substrate does not exceed 10%, and the pH value does not exceed 10. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, high-pressure airless spraying.
Mixing and diluting: Add (10~20)% of clean water for dilution based on site conditions. Construction conditions: construction temperature (5~35)℃; maximum relative humidity 85%. Recoating interval: not less than 2 hours (23℃).
Tool cleaning: Immediately clean all tools with water after painting.
Precautions: After applying exterior wall latex paint, consider that the latex paint requires a week of water avoidance time. During this period, the latex paint undergoes a complete drying process. If it is not completely dry and gets rained on, the latex paint may fade and turn white. Be sure to avoid rainwater after construction.
Health and Safety
Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. The site must be well-ventilated, and all health and safety regulations must be followed.
