Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment: Before painting, the substrate surface should be clean, dry, flat, and firm, free of grease, rust, and other debris.

The moisture content of the substrate should be less than 8%, and the pH value should be less than 10.

Dust treatment: Can be cleaned with compressed air or a clean brush.

Old paint film treatment: Remove with a scraper, fill and sand smooth, or use other methods as appropriate. Mold treatment: First remove the mold with tools, apply anti-mold solvent, then wash with clean water and air dry. Grease treatment: First remove with a degreasing detergent, then thoroughly clean and air dry. Construction method: Suitable for scraping (only suitable for thin scraping, not for thick scraping).

Construction Conditions: Construction temperature (5~40) °C; relative humidity less than 75%, avoid construction in rain, snow, or fog, and prohibit contact with water and alcohols. Before construction, mix and stir A and B components according to the ratio, use after 30 minutes of maturation, and use within 8 hours.
