Product Overview
Introduction: Made from selected modified acrylic emulsion, it has excellent alkali resistance. Usage: Primer for textured stone-like coatings.
Product Characteristics
1. Good permeability, effectively sealing moisture, salts, and other substances from the substrate. 2. Reinforces the substrate, significantly enhancing the adhesion between the surface layer and the base material.
Construction Instructions
Tools: Paint brush, roller, airless spray. Dilution: Do not dilute.
Construction Conditions: Work above 5℃ and below 85% relative humidity. Cleaning: All tools should be cleaned immediately with water after use.
Physical Parameters
Composition: Modified acrylic. Gloss: Matte.
Color: Transparent, non-tintable.
Paint Consumption: Theoretical value is 8~10M^2/coat/kg (dry film thickness 30 microns) (actual paint consumption may vary due to application method, surface dryness and roughness, and environmental conditions). Drying Time: Surface dry: 30 minutes at 25℃; Recoating time: 2 hours or more at 25℃ (drying time may vary with environmental temperature and humidity). Packaging: 18L/bucket; Storage: Store in a cool, clean, dry place at 0~35℃. Remaining paint should be sealed to prevent impurities from causing deterioration. If unopened and properly stored, the shelf life is 1 year.
