Introduction
Product Overview
Introduction: Made from selected modified acrylic emulsion, it has good coverage and alkali resistance, and can be tinted. Usage: Primer for textured stone-like coatings.
Product Characteristics
1. Has coverage, can be tinted, can be adjusted to match the color of the textured stone-like base and the color of the separation joints, reducing the drawbacks of the main material construction.
2. Good alkali resistance, excellent adhesion.
Construction Instructions
Tools: Paint brush, roller, airless spray.
Dilution: If the substrate is loose, add no more than 20% clean water for dilution to facilitate brushing or rolling; for airless spraying, dilute with no more than 20% water. (For walls with different degrees of powdering, the dilution ratio should be adjusted appropriately based on their ability to absorb the paint during different coating applications.) Dry film thickness: 30 microns (per layer).
Construction Conditions: Apply above 5℃ and below 85% relative humidity. Cleaning: All tools should be cleaned immediately with water after use.
Physical Parameters
Composition: Modified acrylic. Gloss: Matte.
Color: Can be mixed according to the color card.
Paint Consumption: Theoretical value - 9~10M/per kg. (Dry film thickness 30 microns) (Actual paint consumption may vary due to construction method, surface dryness and roughness, and construction environment.)
Drying Time: Surface dry: 30 minutes/25℃; Recoating time: 2 hours or more/25℃ (Drying time will vary with environmental temperature and humidity.) Packaging: 20kg/barrel.
Storage: Store in a cool, clean, dry place at 0~35℃.
The remaining paint should be sealed tightly to prevent impurities from causing deterioration. If the product is unopened and properly stored, the shelf life is 1 year.
